We love to travel and visit with family and friends. And then there are the sweet Saturdays at home when it's just us three. There is something about the time we all spend together that is so precious.
Today we did a little spring cleaning after our afternoon errands. Part of that included putting Emma's swing, bouncer and playmat in the attic. Josh and I took a moment, looked at each other and then to our growing daughter. I don't know if we are saps or if most parents go through this, but we are blown away at the time that has flown by. We look back at the bouncer and swing, remembering so clearly how small she was only a few months ago - when she was brand new and we had no clue what we were doing.
Now, here we are - Emma is about to be seven months old and we could not love her more. We love to look back and remember, but not so so far that we can't see the incredible gift we have in front of us. A Saturday at The Reid's? Filled with laughter and smiles, sweet sugars and hugs, stinky feet and poopies, kindness and love.
