The day has arrived for Emma to have her first bite of cereal! I get so excited (or emotional) over each milestone she encounters. Today was a sweet memory made as I watched my little baby take her first bite.
Emma seemed to really enjoy it! We tried it by spoon, hoping she would swallow the proper way. Very little of the cereal (mixed with formula) escaped her mouth onto her bib. She grew hungry and impatient not long after we began, so Josh gave her a bottle. After a few ounces of formula, I fed Emma a couple more spoon fulls of cereal before calling the first attempt a success.
