Halloween isn't my favorite holiday, but I love having an excuse to go to the zoo! This weekend, our local zoo is hosting Boo at the Zoo! Today we went, easily avoiding the talking witch and scary spiders. We dodged the ghosts and headed straight to the "aminals". Emma was obsessed, growing more and more excited after each one. "Mo aminals?! See mo aminals?!"
The "gaffe" has always been her favorite, but today the monkeys took the cake. She would "oo oo ahh" at each one, wave, and sweetly say, "Hey monkeys!". The tigers intrigued her, but nothing was as entertaining as those monkeys. Em rode the carousel on, of course, the giraffe. She and Daddy went round and round before we headed to OG for lunch.
Today was [thankfully] nothing about Halloween and all about fun with my fam. Loving these sweet times with our Emma Grace before baby brother arrives! 10 more weeks!!!
